We do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Accidental purchase
- Duplicate purchase due to customer error
- Inability to use the file due to lack of compatible software or printer settings

However, we will gladly assist and review refund or replacement requests in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You did not receive the download file after successful payment
- There is a major error in the delivered file
