All products sold on Pawly Mini are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.

After your payment is successfully completed, your digital files will be delivered electronically. You will typically receive:
- An order confirmation email
- Access to your download file or download link

Delivery is usually instant, but in some cases it may take a few minutes depending on your email system or payment confirmation.

Please make sure that:
- Your email address is entered correctly at checkout
- You check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder

- No printed materials will be mailed
- Colors may vary depending on printer and screen settings
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software, device, and printer settings to use the files
